To make a purchase click on the “ add to basket” button. Follow the instructions on the page then fill in the form with your details and address. When you click “Proceed to Paypal you will then be taken to the secure Paypal website where you can complete your purchase
You can pay by credit /debit card through Paypal which is an internationally recognised payment service for secure online money transfers.
It is not necessary to have a Payal account to pay for the goods you order and we do not store the card details that you use to make your payment.
We aim to dispatch all orders that are stated as” in stock” within 5-7 working days unless otherwise stated.
As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you a notification by email
For those orders that are not in stock and those orders have to be specially made we will notify you the delivery date by email.
UK Delivery Charges
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For, at a charge of £2.50.
Please note that someone will need to be present to sign for your parcel.
If no-one is available to receive the item, a card will be left with the information to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
International Delivery Charges/Delay
Items to be sent overseas will be dispatched within 5-7 days by International Signed for £7.80.
Please note someone will need to be present to sign for your parcel.
If you are buying in another currency this will be converted when the transaction has been made at Paypal.
Please note you may be liable for any charges made by customs and duties.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you are welcome to return it unworn and in it’s original packaging within 14 days for a full refund excluding postage. Please contact us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase.
There are no returns on sale items
If you do need to return an item we would advise you to return it by Royal Mail special delivery to cover insurance.
For hygiene reason earrings are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days.
Specially commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
We would like to remind you the jewellery you purchase from Silverpanic is entirely handmade and as with everything handmade there may be very slight surface tool marks on some pieces. We consider it is part of the beauty of buying handmade knowing that it has not been mass produced. We do our best to eliminate unsightly marks and scratches and we will not send you a piece that has not been through hours of finishing and polishing to a professional standard. So if you do find anything that is not to your satisfaction please contact us and we will endeavour to sort it out.
Repairs will be carried out free of charge to items which have a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase.
All items returned as faulty, within this time, will be inspected and any damage deemed to be subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty but will be repaired at cost plus postage.
Items returned for repair should be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, the cost of which will be covered by the customer.
Prices and currency
As we are a new small business we are not yet registered for VAT . So at the moment its VAT free !
If you are buying in another currency this will be converted when the transaction has been made at paypal.
